I love when I have the opportunity to make a special card for a specific person in mind for a joyous occasion. Today’s greeting card was made for a friend to celebrate her birthday.
We are gym besties too! It just so happens when it is your birthday at our gym, well, you get to celebrate a little special. You, along with members at your camp time, get to do birthday burpees in your honor!
Now, if you know a thing or two about burpees at any variation, you know that they are a hard exercise to do and generally not very pleasant.
ALL our gym members, except for maybe an insane few, agree that they are 100 percent no fun.
