Simple Card Design | Die Cut Inlay

Today’s card project features the Fillable Gift Card Holder dies by Pinkfresh Studio. Follow the steps below for a simple and oh so sweet card design.

🌸 Using a die cutting machine and the flower die from the set, cut in top center of a 3.75” x 5.25” landscape card panel of Neenah Paper and Packaging Classic Crest, solar white card stock.

🌸 Save all your tiny pieces and place them to the side.

🌸 Emboss the card panel using a Swiss dot embossing folder panel and your die cutting machine.

🌸 Adhere your panel using adhesive tape or glue to an A2 sized card base.

🌸 Paper piece the petals and leaves back into position and secure with Bearly Art precision craft glue.

🌸 Add color to your petals and leaves using Ohuhu alcohol markers in Rose Pink, Carmine Red, and Lime Green. (Such a pretty color combo!)

🌸 Embellish petals and leaves with a slight sparkle using Ranger Ink Stickles in Star Dust.

🌸 Write a handwritten note or stamp a sentiment of choice inside the card. I used “Have the Best Day Ever!” from the Birthday Sentiment stamp set by Pretty Pink Posh.
